Prakerja UX Enhancement
Me and My Team successfully manage usability issues by achieving a 65.3% success rate foreach flow, from landing page to learning page. Plus, we reduced the average time on the task for the landing page to 57 seconds.
UTBK Center
The UTBK Center peaked at 6,968 users from March 28 to April 3, 2022, coinciding with SNMPT and UTBK prep. With a 76.82% engagement rate for a new feature, it's commendable. I handle concept testing and end-to-end design.
Search Mitra Tokopedia
I improved search page flow, collaborated with the main team, and conducted end-to-end design. Impact for this project CVR increased, 2.9% clicked recent search, 6.6% clicked recent view.
Sobat Mitra Insight
I solicited feedback from stakeholders and held a retrospective session with project members. Conducted the complete design process end to end. (Impact Lower burn rate about 20% and TPV Grew 15%)
